I. Access to the court

The courtroom remains open to the public upon presentation of a state ID card, which is retained by court authorities for the duration of the session. During today’s proceedings there were no spectators due to the previously announced lawyers’ strike.

Present at the start of the proceedings were defendants Petrakis, Komianos, Agiovlasitis

ΙΙΙ. Proceedings

During today’s proceedings, the lawyers that were present, whether civil action or defense, had applied for waivers to the Athens Bar Association in order to participate in the proceedings, but their applications had been refused.
The civil action lawyers that were present were Tobatzoglou and Tzellis.
On the defense side, the lawyers that were present included Michalolias G., Roussopoulos, Filoxenitis, and Kontovazenitis.

The presiding judge adjourned until the 16th of February.
