Ο συνήγορος του πατέρα του Π. Φύσσα Ανδ. Τζέλης απάντησε «εμείς δεν σας διακόψαμε» για να ανταπαντήσει ο κ. Μιχαλόλιας «εμείς δε μιλήσαμε για τον Στάλιν και το ΚΚΕ. Όταν φτύνετε θα σας διακόπτουμε».
Η δίκη διακόπηκε και θα συνεχιστεί την Πέμπτη 25/6/2015 στις 09.00 στην ίδια αίθουσα, όπου θα λάβουν χώρα οι τοποθετήσεις των υπολοίπων συνηγόρων της πολιτικής αγωγής και των συνηγόρων υπεράσπισης επί της σημερινής πρότασης της εισαγγελέα, για να ακολουθήσει η οριστική επί του θέματος κρίση από το δικαστήριο.
The court was adjourned at 13:40 and will pick up on Monday 22.6.2015 at 9:00 in the same hall. The individuals declaring themselves civil plaintiffs and counsel for the defense will each voice their stance on the Prosecutor’s proposal. Following this, the President and other members of the tribunal will settle on a final decision on the matter.
