I. Access to the court
The courtroom remains open to the public upon presentation of a state ID card, which is retained by court authorities for the duration of the session. During today’s proceedings there were no spectators due to the declared lawyers’ strike.
ΙΙ. Proceedings
During today’s proceedings, the Permits Committee of the Piraeus Bar Association had granted a waiver to civil action lawyer Chrysa Papadopoulou to participate, the waiver was withdrawn by the president of the bar association.
The civil action lawyers that were present were: Chrysa Papadopoulou and Andreas Tzellis.
On the defense side, the lawyers that were present included Michalolias G., Roussopoulos, Filoxenidis, and Pantazi.
Defendants present: Petrakis.
The presiding judge adjourned until the 23rd of February.
