I. Access to the court
The courtroom remains open to the public upon presentation of a state ID card, which is retained by court authorities for the duration of the session. During today’s proceedings there were no spectators due to the declared lawyers’ strike.
ΙΙ. Proceedings
Only Tzellis was present from the civil action lawyers. Present on the side of the defense were Michalolias Takis and Roussopoulos.
Defendants present: Komianos and Petrakis.
The presiding judge adjourned for the 20th of May, 2016, because in the interim there are scheduled trials which involve pre-trial detainees.
