I. Access to the court
The courtroom remains open to the public upon presentation of a state ID card, which is retained by court authorities for the duration of the session. During today’s proceedings there were no spectators due to the declared lawyers’ strike.
ΙΙ. Proceedings
Only Tzellis was present from the civil action lawyers. Present on the side of the defense were Michalolias Georgios and Roussopoulos.
Defendants present: Siatounis, Komianos, Petrakis.
The request to conduct the trial has not been accepted by the Athens Bar Association and the presiding judge adjourned for 9 May 2016.
