I. Access to the court
The courtroom remains open to the public upon presentation of a state ID card, which is retained by court authorities for the duration of the session. During today’s proceedings there were no spectators due to the declared lawyers’ strike.
ΙΙ. Proceedings
The civil action lawyers that were present were Andreas Tzellis, Chrysa Papadopoulou, and Eleftheria Tobatzoglou. Present on the side of the defense were G. Michalolias, Filoxenidis, Pantazi, Tsagas, and Kontovazenitis.
The request to conduct the trial has not been accepted by the Athens Bar Association and the presiding judge adjourned for Tuesday, 8 March 2016.
