Ι. Access to the Court
The courtroom remains open to the public upon presentation of a state ID card, which is retained by court authorities for the duration of the session, until all audience seats in the courtroom are filled. No journalists or spectators were present in the courtroom at the start of the hearing.

None of the defendants was present at the hearing, and present at the start of the hearing were defense counsel N. Michalolias (for I. Kasidiaris), and civil action counsel T. Sapountzakis.
III. Trial recessed
The judge adjourned for Tuesday, at 09:00, at the Court of Appeals, due to health issues faced by presiding judge Maria Lepeniotou.
