ΙΙ. Proceedings

The civil action lawyers that were present were Tzellis, Papadopoulou, Tobatzoglou, and Antanasiotis. Present on the side of the defense were Roussopoulos, Michalolias Georgios, Pantazi, Tsagas, and Filoxenidis.
The session was marked by tension between the civil action and the Golden Dawn defense counsels. The defense counsels informed the seat about the decision of the bar association concerning the request for a waiver from the lawyers of the Fyssas family. They stated that the request had been denied. At this point the civil action counsels interrupted to state that the request had not been denied but merely relegated to the Athens Bar Association Permits Committee. At that point the Golden Dawn defense counsels verbally attacked the civil action lawyers, saying: “You are terrorizing the ABA to get your waivers.”

The presiding judge then adjourned for Wednesday, 2 March 2016.
